The objective: To determine the features of microbiocenosis genital tract and immunological homeostasis in women reproductive age with uterine leiomyoma.Materials methods. 308 leiomyoma aged 23–49 years were studied. control group included 30 healthy 24–37 years. Results. In age, development is associated a significant violation microecology genitals, presence nonspecific vaginitis bacterial vaginosis, increased frequency concentration pathogenic flora (staphylococci streptococci hemolytic properties, enterobacteria), STIs or reducing protective microflora.The study peculiarities functioning immune system at local level indicates unidirectional disorders state immunity changes function cervical mucus examined women. Thus, under conditions leiomyoma, there activation factors, as evidenced by increase IgG, IgA appearance IgM 27,5–32,5 % leiomyoma. addition, was suppression phagocytic activity neutrophils, which manifested decrease intensity phagocytosis, their functional reserve NRT test, creates for intracellular persistence infection, inflammatory progression.Conclusions. obtained data indicate genitals immunogenesis that process one factors lead to emergence progression
